As parents we have the greatest influence in shaping our children a sense of self, we are the first and most important teacher. To help our children build their self-esteem, we must develop and maintain our sense of self. Some steps that help our children build self-esteem are:

1) the love and acceptance. Show your children thatloved and accepted for who they are. Children must know they are adorable, although sometimes act badly. Give love, not tied to conditions and to spend time together. Praise them often for a good job, and say "I love you" every day.

Providing a safe physical environment and setting clear rules and boundaries will provide your child with a sense of security and safe to take the next step: To try new things and learnabout themselves. Image : http://www.flickr.com

What is the impact of oil prices? This is a common question is often accompanied by people as they fill up with gas and realize that now offer a small fortune of their vehicles. Rising oil prices also hit us in many ways.

The cost of the services at home (heating oil, gas and electricity) are all linked in one way or another on the price of oil. Over the past 12 months the price of oil has more than doubled. This has been the impact on our growing influenceelectricity bills significantly.
As above the increases in gasoline prices is discussed as a direct result of higher oil prices.
Many foods are quickly in price. Much of this is again due to increases in oil prices to increase the costs of production and transportation of food.

The result of all these points is that it has reduced our disposable income. This is money we have left each month after paying all the bills to saydramatically.

How to stop oil erode disposable income

Oil now trades around $ 140 a barrel. Already in 1999 the same barrel of oil would only cost around 12 euros. This is prof that investing in oil is a great investment in recent years. Demand should increase with the world, thanks to the boom in BRIC countries (BRIC = Brazil, Russia, India and China), the oil looks like it might be expected to continue to increase in value for theFuture.

Treatment of depression in children and adolescents

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Depression is a treatable disease, and often responds well to counseling, psychotherapy, and it is difficult to mediate antidepressant. looking for parents of children with depression need advice from their doctor at the first sign of symptoms. Waiting to get things, or rather for the child to 'grow out of it "is a dangerous game. Depression in children and adolescents is always accompanied by learning difficulties as attention, concentration and memory impairment. The treatment of depressionrequired intervention by a psychologist in collaboration with the State in this age group, which has extensive experience in assessing the risk of suicide and who have experience evidence-based interventions.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to treat depression in children, adolescents or adults. The treatment plan must be the presentation of a patient to be tailored. It is inappropriate to provide the same treatment plan for each patient because each person is unique, with a singleBackground, family, health history and current life situation. I appeal to parents in choosing a professional to work for a depressed child care. There are many "consultants" in Ireland, the limited experience in dealing with medical conditions such as depression have. Also, sometimes depression can be accompanied by other disorders such as anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder and ADHD. Only a few, with years of experience really qualified to treat your child.

Themost sought intervention for depression is cognitive behavioral therapy. This is an active form of treatment, with thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Cognitive-behavioral change often with patients in active learning experiences outside of ordering how to stop unwanted sadness, how to act differently in different situations and how belief systems so they are more productive and less destructive. The cognitive-behavioral therapy is goal-oriented andfocused and is often effective in relieving symptoms in 6:00 to 8:00 sessions. Follow-up sessions are arranged to be generally on a monthly basis for about six months of course, depression is lifted. In some cases, the treatment plan can be much longer.

In cases of severe depression, antidepressant medication is often used as a supplement to cognitive behavioral therapy. It 'important to know that research shows clearly that for the vast majority of human anti-depressantssafe and reliable. If necessary, should be more effective when used in combination with cognitive behavioral therapy.

There are a number of ant-depressants on the market and a child or adolescent psychiatrist, he is to better determine what to use. Anti-depressants usually take effect within ten days to two weeks of follow-up visits are necessary with your psychiatrist to monitor their effectiveness.

The most important thing to remember is to not ignore symptoms of depression, immediately try to help and ensure you are a doctor to decide on issues, though with the right person to help your child.

Discover your internal environment: Allow

Image : http://www.flickr.com

We take care of family, friends, work, our spouses and our pets. But too few of us take the time to consider the care of a person who holds them all - take your own. Treat yourself well, not a luxury, is an important and necessary step to maintain the stability of the spirit and atmosphere that makes all your loving care possible. Here are some ways to help yourself to help others:
Before You fit your clothes, your bed and bends your hairstyleruffled and dated, then no matter how competent, far be ready and willing, as far the heart and soul into something, you risk running out before you all. Well, this does not mean that possession of the person - not by a long stretch. But self-respect requires self-care. Do not fall into the "toilet" greed of gold and Speed by lifestyle, but to see what fits your clothes, inside and out, that your health and prosperity in good hands and that theOutside of life you do not catch in depression, frustration and boredom. Take what you need from life - is good, there are plenty to go around - so that, when prompted, you can give everything to everything around you in full measure and with a happy heart.
According Give it up, do it perfectly. Does not work, it is impossible, and if God wanted to perfect, he / they did to start this way. You realize that your mistakes, flaws, scratches and bruises are part of whatonly makes you perfect for the work they were sent here to do. Take care of yourself, safe, and take some pride in your appearance, your looks and your life. But do not stand in front of the mirror also say that their lives will be better "if and when". The only way your life will be better to show you in it, in any form or bring you to participate in the better and that life puts in their way.
Third Take a bit 'merryCursing and fuming when the going gets tough. Put a dartboard with your biggest problem at the center and throw darts, spit wads and old chewing gum until it can no longer see it. Write angry letters to those who annoy them and then thrown into the fire. Call your best friend when you know he or she is not there and leave a message warning about the machine - then hang, draw and declamation in phone use until the brakes. Your friend will understand (hopefully) that you need to vent andbe relieved that they have not had an opportunity to fix things - as well as flattered that you chose them a shoulder to lean on.
Fourth People who put out only the best in China, food and manners of the guests are going about life the wrong way. Who is most important in life than the one you love (and what I love - you)? China good use every day, eat regularly as a "special occasion" food prepared with love and remember the simple courtesies of lifeWhich allows us to often on the line, when the desire and passion left in the satisfaction and comfort. Treat yourself and your family as if you like each other and keep each other most of the rest of the world pays off big dividends in the long run, and makes everyday life so much more enjoyable.
Fifth Choose quality over quantity all day, every day. Do not buy fast food and ready meals because they are cheap and fast. High quality food is more expensive, true, but thenProbably eat less of it, so not necessarily a bad thing. And with a little 'planning and forecasting, high-quality dishes does not take much longer than the trip to take food to go. Get the expensive perfume that I love you, even if you settle in the bottle or small scented bath powder. Buy a nice wine with dinner, instead of a round of soft drinks go. Life well lived, but in moderation queue fighting for a life of mediocrity any day of unbridledWeek.
You only have so many years and many occasions and that changes nothing, neither is enjoy. You get only a turn of the wheel at a time - you might as well go for the brass ring.
